Seekh in a Blanket

Bite sized pieces of chicken seekh wrapped in puff pastry, par baked and flash frozen. A spin off of the famous “pigs in a blanket” or “toad in a hole”.

Cooking suggestions - Do not thaw. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes. 

Serving suggestions - Serve for a cocktail party or hi-tea with a side of tomato ketchup.
