Where are your products made?
Our products are made in Singapore at our own food processing unit.

What makes your kebabs & other products unique?
Although our products are made in our SFA approved commercial kitchen, we try our best to make sure that you get the home made feel. All our kebabs are handcrafted & cooked in small batches ensuring taste and quality.

What ingredients do you use in your products?
All our products have the ingredients listed on the packet. We make sure that we use the best quality ingredients.

Which of your products are vegan?
Our Kathal ke kebabs(jackfruit), Kele Ke Tikki (raw banana cutlets) & the kids veggie bites are vegan.

Are you Halal Certified?
We are working on getting our halal certification. In the meantime, we use only Halal meat and do not have pork, alcohol or lard in our kitchen.

Do you add any preservatives to your products?
We do not add any nasties like chemical binders, preservatives, nitrates, food colour or MSG to our products.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 3 months. An expiry date will be written on each box/packet.

How can I cook the products?
Each product has cooking instructions written on the packaging. You can also find some cooking demos on our instagram page. Visit our Instagram.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Can I change an order once it has been placed?
Email us at hello@thekebabsmith.com and we will try to help you as best as we can.

How much does shipping cost?
We use third party delivery companies. Given the nature of our products we have to ensure that they reach our customers within a short window. Please ensure that someone is home to receive the order.

  • Orders under $100: Delivery charge $10 to $12
  • Orders between $100-$150: Delivery charge $4
  • Orders above $150: Free Delivery
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email/phone notification that your delivery is on its way.

I’m having a party and I need Kebabsmith products urgently. How do I get it?

I have a small cafe/restaurant and I would like to use your product as an ingredient, how do I go about this?
In today's world efficiency is key and one doesn't always have the staff or space to run a full kitchen. Email us at hello@thekebabsmith.com and our team will help you develop menu items where you can use our products. They will be delivered to you as frequently as required by you from our SFA approved food processing facility.
