PRODUCTS

·       Where are your products made?

All our products are proudly made in Singapore at our own SFA-approved food processing facility.

·       What makes your kebabs and other products unique?

Although our products are crafted in a commercial kitchen, we strive to retain a homemade touch. Each kebab is handcrafted in small batches, ensuring superior taste and quality every time.

·       What ingredients do you use?

We use only the best quality ingredients. Every packet clearly lists what goes into your food — no secrets, no shortcuts.

·       Which of your products are vegan?

Our vegan-friendly products include:
- Kathal ke Kebabs (Jackfruit)
- Kele ke Tikki (Raw Banana Cutlets)
- Kids' Veggie Burgers

·       Are your products Halal certified?

Yes, we are proudly Halal certified.

·       Do you use preservatives or additives?

Never. Our products contain no preservatives, no MSG, no artificial colours, and no chemical binders or nitrates — just real, honest food.

·       What is the shelf life of your products?

Most products have a shelf life of 9 months. Please refer to the expiry date printed on each packet.

·       How should I cook your products?

Every product comes with easy-to-follow cooking instructions on the packaging. You can also check out video demos on our Instagram page.

·       How should I store the products?

Keep all products frozen at or below -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Consume within 24 hours for best taste and safety.

·       Can I refreeze the products once thawed?

No, we recommend not refreezing once the product has been thawed. This may affect the texture and safety of the food.

·       Do your products contain common allergens?

Some of our products may contain dairy, nuts, soy, or gluten. Please refer to the allergen information on the packaging or contact us directly if you have specific dietary concerns.

·       Do you offer gluten-free products?

Yes! Many of our products are naturally gluten-free. Check the packaging or reach out to us for a full gluten-free list.

·       Is your packaging recyclable?

We are working towards more eco-friendly packaging solutions. Currently, some of our packaging components are recyclable. Please refer to the recycling symbols and guidelines on the pack.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

·       Can I change my order once placed?

Drop us an email at hello@thekebabsmith.com and we’ll do our best to help.

·       What are your shipping charges?

We use trusted third-party couriers and strive to deliver within a short window due to the nature of our frozen goods. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- Orders under $100: $6.99 delivery fee
- Orders between $100–$150: $4 delivery fee
- Orders over $150: Free delivery

·       How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS when your delivery is on the way.

·       I need products urgently for a party. What should I do?

We’ll try to help! Email us at hello@thekebabsmith.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

·       I own a small café/restaurant and want to use your products. How can we work together?

We get it — running a kitchen isn't always easy. Let us help you save time and effort. Email hello@thekebabsmith.com and our team will assist in creating custom menu solutions using our products, with deliveries straight from our SFA-certified facility as often as you need.

You can mix and match any products across our range when building your subscription.


How delivery works

  • Your subscription will be delivered on the scheduled delivery day closest to your original order date.

  • If your subscription date does not fall on an active delivery day, your order will be sent on the next available delivery day.

Example:
If your first order was placed on Tuesday 11th and you chose a monthly subscription, but the following month the 11th falls on a Wednesday, your order will be delivered on Friday 13th, the next scheduled delivery day.

·       Can you customise a product for my event or business?

We love co-creating! If you have a specific flavour profile or format in mind, get in touch and we’ll explore what’s possible based on our production capabilities.

·       Can I resell your products at my store?

Yes! We welcome retail partnerships and stockists. Please reach out to hello@thekebabsmith.com and our team will get in touch with you shortly.

·       Do you offer gift packs or special hampers?

Yes, we do! Our frozen gift boxes and gift vouchers, make a thoughtful present for foodies. Email us or check our website for festive and seasonal offers.
