As with most parents, finding snacks that were both nutritious and fit the palate of her young children had been a big challenge for Meghna, our founder and chef. She started experimenting with dishes that her kids would enjoy eating, sneaking in a few ‘hidden vegetables’ here and there, focusing on options that were also convenient to prepare - a lesson learnt from having to make one-too-many last minute school lunches. Here are a couple of those snacks, made with carefully chosen ingredients, and curated with love.
