These melt in the mouth patties of mutton and chana dal cooked together with a blend of spices.We use premium quality baby goat meat imported from Australia. They are named after “shaam,” the hindi/urdu word for evening. These frozen shami kebabs are made in small batches without any preservatives.
Serving suggestion - Serve as an appetiser with mint & coriander chutney or serve them in a pita pocket.
