SPINACH & CORN KEBAB SLIDERS
INGREDIENTS (Serves 8)
Mini brioche buns-8 pieces
The Kebabsmith Spinach & Corn Kebabs-8 pieces
Mayonnaise- 3 to 4 tbsp
Chilli sauce/Sriracha sauce- 2-3 tbsp
Lettuce- cut into small pieces
Tomato slices-8 (make sure they're as small as the bun)
Onion slices-8 (make sure they're as small as the bun)
Cherry tomatoes -for garnish

METHOD-
- For the sauce, mix the chilli sauce and mayonnaise. Keep it aside.
- Cook the spinach and corn kebabs according to the directions.
- Cut the slider buns into two. Heat them slightly on a pan.
- Spread some Chilli mayo generously on the bun (top and bottom).
- Put the spinach and corn kebabs on bottom half of the bun.
- On the inside of top half put lettuce, onion and tomato.
- Close the bun and garnish with half a tomato and tooth pick.
- Serve immediately.
