SPINACH & CORN KEBAB SLIDERS

INGREDIENTS (Serves 8)

Mini brioche buns-8 pieces 

The Kebabsmith Spinach & Corn Kebabs-8 pieces

Mayonnaise- 3 to 4 tbsp

Chilli sauce/Sriracha sauce- 2-3 tbsp

Lettuce- cut into small pieces

Tomato slices-8 (make sure they're as small as the bun)

Onion slices-8 (make sure they're as small as the bun)

Cherry tomatoes -for garnish

METHOD-

  1. For the sauce, mix the chilli sauce and mayonnaise. Keep it aside.
  2. Cook the spinach and corn kebabs according to the directions. 
  3. Cut the slider buns into two. Heat them slightly on a pan.
  4. Spread some Chilli mayo generously on the bun (top and bottom).
  5. Put the spinach and corn kebabs on bottom half of the bun. 
  6. On the inside of top half put lettuce, onion and tomato. 
  7. Close the bun and garnish with half a tomato and tooth pick. 
  8. Serve immediately.
